cremation" is cremation of the body without
formal viewing, visitation, or ceremony.

be scattered, kept in one's own home or placed into a

and optional. They vary in price and are for those who
desire
memorialization.

24- Hour availability for respond to your request for services;
Conference with family at your home, hospital, nursing home,
etc., preparation of the death certificate, filing and obtaining
death certificate, notification of social security by form
to local office, obtaining by telephone or fax permission
from medical examiner to cremate, other services in connection
with the cremation that may be necessary.
Removal
of the body from the place of death..........$125.00
This includes removal from hospital or home, etc., within
a 55 mile radius. Outside of a 55 mile radius the rate is
1.25 per mile.
Rigid
Fiberboard cremation container.......................$20.00
This is also known as a cremation tray. Required by law for
the cremation process.
Refrigeration...............................................................$75.00
State Law reqruies 48 hour waiting period minimum before
being cremated.
Cremation
fee............................................................$150.00

Direct
Cremation with cremation container privided by client.......$575.00
An
administrative fee will be added to all accounts filed against
